So... how does one run from MOBs when on foot? They seem to chase me MANY screens away...was this intentional?

They are smarter then demise so ya, they tend to chase from longer. If you can hide its best way to throw them off though. Confusion blast pots help too if you get them with one.

Depends on the monster. Your best bet is to break the target or have it lose interest in you. Use invisibility, confusion blast potions, embrace honor (If you can), hide or use smoke bombs (Once again, if you can).

If you're a miner, confusion blast is probably your best bet. Get a skilled alchemist to make you a keg, shouldn't cost you more than 20k and you could probably even trade for a few mining jewels instead of cash.

The amount of time a monster loses interest varies. Some monsters seem to like holding a grudge on somebody and will track them for up to a good minute while others lose interest 12 seconds later if you've gotten far away from them. Some monsters are merciless though and will constantly hunt you down until you or they, are dead.

A good tip for a miner is to bring around conflagaration potions. What I like to do is set my pack beetle on it (Just keep a wickod eye on its health and call it back if things are getting hairy). While my beetle is keeping it busy, I fire a conflag pot at the elemental's feet. This will cause it a lot of damage if it stays still.

When it tries to flee, just force it to walk back into the fire field. I even contribute to the damage with my fantastic human skill axe skillz.

Although I agree, there would have to be a limit. Insurance exists in the game for a reason and need some incentive for pkers. We've thought of adding blessed bags as tailoring bod rewards but have not decided on an appropriate limit.

K, I'll take a look at it. Might be intentional though.

Yup, they were spawning outside. I moved the spawner so they spawn more inside the town. Thanks for letting us know.

Yeah which is fine as we sometimes miss these things and unlike demise we actually look into these things and fix them. :P

Bet they STILL did not fix that khaldun spawner. :P

That's good though. There's many small things that go unnoticed and literally, take 4 seconds to fix. After awhile all those small things add up and when they're fixed, makes the shard a little nicer.

Big fixes are generally fixed within a few days, depending on the severity of the problem. Like if it's an bug, it's fixed as soon as possible. If it's a minor nuisance or lower priority, it may take longer.

We prioritize everything here:

Though often some minor things (like in-game npc missing) don't get posted there.

pet healing distance...

here you have to be 1 tile away
demise - 3 tiles away, to be able to vet whilst not getting drained by succys/eternals etc

Are you referring to healing with bandages or the use of magery?

I just noticed that when using the help teleport option, you can't seem to defend yourself.

Ya that's intentional. It "freezes" the target. It's used so that you don't do it in mid battle or abuse it. Hypothetically, if you're using that option, it's because you are "stuck" which in itself means you are trapped or cannot move anyways. I remember I did that on demise once when I went in the palace of paroxysmus (Didn't know where the exit was). Then an acid elemental noticed me :P.
