First of all it isn't El it's Il.
Second like manadren said, you're on the internet. And if you don't use Wikipedia often, you still have google.

But I'll tell you anyway because you probably won't use it anyway. From 1922 to 1943 Italy had this guy named Benito Mussolini. He was Italy's dicator, one of the Axis leaders during WWII. He went by the title of "Il Duce" (pronounced eel doo-che) very often. It means in Italian "the leader".
You can see a clip of Benito giving a speech here, on the right side under the biographical information, or here. He is very. . .odd. . .when giving them.
