Plus cleaning your face doesn't prevent spots lmfao, it might help...but being to clean causes spots, being to dirty causes spots...so ya can't win lmfao..

Yeah it does. Unless like you dont have spots and you clean ur face everyday, them ur most likely not gonna have spots but you could use like proactive or something! haha

Metrosexual me follows a proven acne regimen (see above) to the letter, and I still have occasional acne trouble. Teenage males have much higher levels of testosterone, which is the primary culprit of acne. Keeping a clean face definitely helps, but it’s not the cure-all that some are suggesting. (I imagine castration should be an effective acne treatment, but that hasn’t caught on for some reason.)

I use an apricot scrub myself, but I haven't had any major pimple outbreaks in a while. I have found though, at least later in life, that stress has a big impact on acne as well.
