Currently reading Timequake by Kurt Vonnegut. I'm about 10 chapters in and still feel like I'm reading the introduction. Probably should've switched gears a bit before picking up another Vonnegut book.

Did you like The Blind Assassin? I was going to read all the Atwood books at my library, but a trip to Goodwill threw me off.

I’m about a fifth through Juliette by Marquis de Sade. It’s repetitive and disgusting so far.

I haven't really been reading anything for a while, but I recently finished listening to the audio books for the first 4 books in the Ender Series by Orson Scott Card. The universe was kinda interesting, but the quality of writing (in my opinion) got worse from book to book.

My grandfather is one of the Chosin Few, I'm guessing the 7th Marines or 7th Infantry. THAT was a horrible battle.

I was asking whether or not you know the difference between the two wars, as most young Americans don't. And born where? Vietnam or Korea?

Nope. It's very much two completely different wars, fought for two different reasons. The Korean War took place from 1950-1953, the Vietnam war took place in the late 1960's to the mid 1970's. Both were in Asia, but not the same war. Like I said, young American's often confuse the two, and think as yourself they are A. the same or B. don't even know of the Korean war (hence one reason it is the "Forgotten War").
