I have a cheap digial camera just a Canon 300D with a 70-200 F2.8L lens and a 28-75mm F2.8 lens

I don't know. All those numbers sound really expensive.

about ~$3000 with my teleconverter, filters, batteries, battery grip, and memory cards

The 70-200 F2.8L is the best lens in that range and at $1300 its a steal. The 300D is a baby starter camera but I rather get my optics before I buy a 1 series body ($4000+)
