Seems lot of people have started a "rip off" of this site, but given it's a very general name, coincidence is usually in play. The only substance I had if I was to do a lawsuit is the fact that this site existed first, well based on domain register date anyway, but there's no way to prove how long both existed before the domain, since this AF existed for about a year before the domain was registered.

But I'm not the type of person to do lawsuits, so no need to worry. And this is a secondary site to me, hence its plainness and lack of promotion. At one era it boomed, but we seemed to have falled greately from those times. Perhaps the future holds better times ahead, only through the force will we be able to predict this.

That would be a waste of time, or we could try to advertise this one on it, for the sake of seeing how many new members would sign up...

Realize that this site has high security against spammers and if any type of spam raid occures these defences will be used at full force. Though I'm hoping it won't come to that. Havn't use that weapon since the ytmnd invasion, might turn into an ugly friendly fire battle.

If she wants to post she will. But shouldnt you start by pruning the people who have registered in November and havent posted (Nick) or the 4 people that registered on the 17th and havent posted.

Its the internet, not a big race to see who can have the most active members or the most posts. And its just pathetic if anyone see's it as a competition.

I used to delete the "dead" accounts but I eventually realized that was probably a silly idea. So now I don't bother.

This site was much better and more active when the average age of the posters was over 18. Now it's a bunch of usless teenage drama. Tak'em and we can start fresh here.

Oh I have a great sense of humour, really I do! Just generally not for people who's only purpose coming here is A) To spam their own site here and B ) wonder if they can sue/be sued over the uncopyrighted name of a website!
