Actually, Iran and Saudi Arabia have way more to do with the terrorist attacks than Iraq did.

And to be fair, it has been proven that MI5 were involved with 'terrorist attacks' from the IRA in the past, showing prior corruption. That being said, Saddam was no 'beloved leader' in Iraq, perhaps except for the select few that got all the priviliges of a brutal government.

Yeah, the Canadian troops are last I heard, but not the US troops, and it's really the US that matters since they actually have fighting gear. LOL

Check your facts RED! US troops are still in Afghanistan. Do you even watch the news, or do you just make up your own facts?

Yeah, news says they're in iraq, and that 50 people died in another suicide bombing, and that there were 200 casulties.

I'm not saying I wouldn't join the military. I can't join the military.

It's al queda that did it, not a specific country. Al queda is based in Afghanistan so instead of chassing oil they should chase bin laden and his gang.

Then again, if they do catch bin laden, they'll keep him alive and just have news articles on what he likes to eat. Saddam likes doritos, maybe bin laden likes nachos and salsa.

Really? Well Red, it sounds like you know more about this and everything else than most of the world governments do. You are truly a mental giant. It's all so simple. Have you emailed the United Nations about any of this?

What did they move? Last I heard Al Queda is based there, they have training camps, etc... to make little kids hate americans. That's how they work. But the US army decided to stop the war against them. I guess oil is more important then some 110 story buildings full of people.

This terrorist stuff is a big thing. Its not based in one country and its not a problem that we snap our fingers and it goes away. That Michael moore garbage about oil is pretty weak and when you talk to people about Bush and war the very same age group brings that up every time.

The war on terror is a work in progress and i think the fact that there have been zero attacks on our soil after 9/11 says something. I think if the terrorist could of done an attack in the US they would have.

I feel sorry for the people in London. Even those not hurt in the bombings will feel the effects and it takes some time to get your feet under you.

Yeah terrorism is all over for sure, and it's getting worse. But if the US military spent less time in iraq and more time where al queda is, it would help allot. but who knows, what we hear in the news is only the info they are willing to release. Maybe al queda has headquarters in iraq too, who knows.

I don't really mind the war in Iraq so much...even if it wasn't a safe haven for terrorists (which it was) before our invasion, you can see how many are coming in to Iraq to fight the US now and help the insurgents.

And it's better to have that fight on Iraqi soil than US soil.

Not to mention we got rid of one of the worst tyrants in the world with Hussein.

If they reinstate the draft for Iraq, I wouldn't mind it so much, either. Although, I hope we're not there long enough for the military to need that.

What I'm concerned about is Bush getting completely carried away with this whole spreading freedom and fighting terror thing.

If China invades Taiwan, I say let them be unless the UN and/or many of the worlds powers get involved FIRST.

China vs. Taiwan is basically a civil war, just like we in the US had, and we have absolutely no business getting involved in it.

Regarding N. Korea, it's very contradictory to tell them they can't have nuclear weaponry when we have more than anyone.

We didn't ask anyone's permission when we built our military up - stealth bombers, ICBM's, nuclear subs - and they shouldn't have to answer to us, either. This isn't a parent-child relationship.
