i have to write poems for english. erg. there was this cool poet that came to class though, shes gonna be teaching us for a few days, shes pretty cool. the spoken poetry sounds so much cooler than reading it off a page.

If that be the case, you will feel depressed......Are you a Christian....I don't mean by name; I mean....have you ever accepted Jesus Christ as your personal saviour? No matter what "Religion" you are.....and Religion has nothing to do with it; its all abour being Saved......And ... we are all born into sin......so in order to go to Heaven; we need to be "Saved." ya I won't deny it, I get depressed off & on but that's only cuz I have the mild form of bi-polar, anyway the thing that get's me depressed the most is being single for 2 years, it's driving me crazy lol.

but here are things I do when I get depressed:
let it sink & get me sadder lol (j/k)
take my depression out by listening to sum metal !
or just simply punch a wall ! that's always fun

That post from Shinizo is a year and a half old, so I don't know if he still feels the same way. He still drops by from time to time, so I'm sure he'll let us know.

It's great to see another saved person on the site.

My wife and I used to take Shaklee supplements, and my wife was a distributor for a while.

I hate depression, so much, I find life boring because of it...when really, life isn't boring at all, its fun when you're not depressed..theres things to see, places to go...but nevermind.
Depression hits me when I am stressed or remember the times I can't have back, am I alone here?

Ok thats really the only reasons I'll ever get depressed, for now anyway...just the stress of school, problems and memories of the good old days as a kid with mates, the times me and my mates all miss..

Try to solve your depression with action. Reflecting on the past and getting depressed means your present, and view of the future aren't looking too good.
