I have a deep and fundamental respect for sex. It is somthing that I enjoy and feel the need to correct missconceptions about it and generally make my feelings known. Sex is a subject that for most is easier to joke about than to have a serious dicussion for several reasons which I won't go into here. The comments made here I don't feel have been too bad and I think that for the majority it was taken with good humor.

The truth of a subject is highly dependent on your point of view.. I belive was one message of star wars and It is true.
The truth to some is that Sex is simply "missionary" style origional sex and nothing else
To others it encompasess everything from oral sex to anal sex and beyond. and everywhere in between. Some might find these acts degrading and sick. Others may see them as an expression of love and comfort.

I do respect everyone's opinion on the matter however and say sorry for any disrespectfull comments that I have made.

I want to make it clear that my objection was to the level of joking in the context of this particular thread. I have briefly visited (very briefly) some of the threads like Make Your Own Story Game and Burn the Person Above and am well aware of what the majority you all consider to be good humor. I tell you, you make it hard for me to recommend this site to any of my right-wing, Fundamentalist, Bible-thumping friends.

I don't mean to get down on religious people.. I grew up in a fairly religious environment.. I just find a majority of the people I've encuontered in that genre of human being have been quick to assume that they have all of the answers in a nice little box with a ribbon. This makes them essentially impossible to debate with so it becomes a futile discussion. This fundamentaly bothers me but, it doesn't mean I don't like you
