The guy is obnoxious to look at, and he has an overly soft voice when speaking during interviews.

+1 They really don't have much of a case against him!

+1

The part that urks me the most is how carefully he chooses his words. Sure some would say this is due to the fact that he has been accused of this crime from the start and he's learned to be careful about what he says. But the fact is, if he were innocent he wouldn't have to choose his words so carefully. The truth would be all he would have to tell. As it stands, parts of his story has changed several times, and he has always been very reluctant to speak to the press, the victim's family, and as we've seen, even is prior mistress.

Was that before or after he passed along illegal stock tips to martha stewart? :didi:

As for the case, unfortunately, very often the truth does not stand for itself, all it takes is one person trying to bring you down and suddenly your truth becomes a half truth in the eyes on many. I've known far too many people who just acted shifty to put much faith in that condemning him. And I've learned from experience that if you expect people to respond in a certain way, you will often be wrong. Not really evidence but speculation here.

Jury comes to verdict
ABCNews.com

October 7, 2004

Today, a jury has came to a verdict on the Scott Peterson case. "It was really tough, but I feel we made the right decision," said Tom Yuporous.

Attorneys from both sides agree that the decision was fair and just.
Unfortunately, the public can never know the decision.

It's about time this case is over with. I find they wait too long for these type of things. Look at OJ Simpson.
