how can i not drink pop? , will it's easy after nowing how bad it is for your body plus your teeth ect

I need to slow down on my consumption, at first it was 1 a day, now its usually more then 3. I dont want to turn into someone who is fat and sits at his pc all day eating pop and chips.... and i'm so close to that, except for that fat part.

I actually stopped drinking it a year later. Do you know how things sometimes taste funny when you’re sick? Mountain Dew started to taste bad for me when I was sick last year, so I stopped drinking it. I didn’t notice any side effects from caffeine withdrawal because my illness already gave me headaches, nausea, drowsiness, etc. When I was better, I really didn’t have a desire to start drinking it again.

Now I need to cut down on sweets.

yeah my parents are health freaks, they wont let me eat or drink anything that has caffene in it. ive probably only had 10 cokes in my life, and mountain dew is NOT ALLOWED. they would probably have me burned at the stake if they saw me drinking it, even though they just chug down coffee, diet coke, and diet mountain dew saying "we need the caffene". WE NEED THE CAFFENE MY ASS!

my mom lets me have whatever i want. I just choose not to eat or drink that much "bad" food and in all reality NOTHING is bad for you. Everything in moderation...
