I'm gonna post this in two places...

Shrink potions for pets. It'd be real nice to be able to buy them off a vendor.

That would be a lot to post (Not to mention the slayer group has been changed at least 30 times since shard birth). We do make an effort to posting these things in the content DB for custom monsters/pets but one of the funnest things to do is experiment for yourself. 90% of all creatures have a slayer, just keep trying slayer weapons against them until you see the white circle.

There's really no purpose to shrink potions because of pet summoning balls (They do the exact same thing which is summoning your pet from the crystal ball). An interesting idea on the other hand, would be to have the pet stable if you use the ball against them (I hate to bring this analogy into play, but think of a pokemon ball used to call back your pet). Of course, the pet would need to be 100% health for you to call it back. This would allow tamers to switch pets (Provided they have a ball). Would also give a higher use for powder of translocation (A charge is used to call or store a pet).

EDIT: I just saw your other post and I see your incentive for pet shrinking. It's different than I originally thought and it's a rather interesting idea.

Ya, I'm familiar with the shrinking potions idea. On my first shard ever, they had shrinking posts (Hitching posts but they'd shrink your pets).

Bah so many years so many defunct shards :) the hitching post idea would work better as it could incur an item/gold piece cost to use.

Nah, was Novus but chances are they just applied script packages through sphere. Like the bongs that made you hallucinate now THOSE were fun.

I used to play around with one char where that's where all his gold would constantly end up going. I remember him stopping by a vendor and just seeing his buy total go up from all the hemp he was buying.

Means you take less damage from said monster you have protection against. It's actually supposed to be capped at 60%.

Personally I like it the way it it :) But to be invulnerable vs a harry would be too much.

Ya, 100% is a little too "extreme". 60% is more than enough to give you an advantage. 100% making you invulnerable is too much.

Probably the only ones in the list. Apparently there's protection available for everything. I'll be looking through that talisman script later on and fixing up a few things so I'll take a look at that list at the same time (Although it's likely that not everything will given protection).

Ah, I see now. Although we don't have players actually modifying the content DB, there's nothing preventing them from writing an article or a useful tool, provided it's not already covered in the content DB. If you post it and it's good enough, we might be able to post it in the content database. Even things like walkthroughs could be useful.

Okay..wtf. I got a 120 stealth ps, ate it and now I'm failing at stealth all the time. 3 times today alone and I didn't fail all last week at 110.
