thank you. finally some sense. shut the fudge up with all the suicide jokes. god.
well, bookworm, and anyone else who actually CARES, i was talking to my good friend anni today. i found out that her and her bf broke up........" yes!" i might just ask her out. she's really hott. but would it ruin our friendship?
forget girl x!!! if anni goes out with me, i'll be happy for at least 10-18 days.
Personally I think you should suggest doing something with her and perhaps a few other people at the same time. If she's not sure she's going to be serious about you she might decline a dating type evening, but if it's a group thing she may go and then get to know you better.

Forget girl x? Wow, just a few posts ago she was burning down your world. Now we can just forget about her. OK sure.
Now continue with the suicide jokes. He's over her......again.
Hey Red, you really need some "ignore user" options on this site. because this is getting silly.
How about an 18 or over section. Or a dumb crap section. Or a "HEY EVERYONE LOOK AT ME" section.
Just a thought.

You want to continue with the suicide jokes, and yet you consider goalguarder's posts to be silly. Am I missing something?

Yes because they are jokes. You know, not serious. This kid Isn't suicidal, he's just frustrated and wanting attention. He's yanking your chain.
Read goalguarder's and Angel's threads/posts. Juveniles looking for attention on the web. Not a good substitute for real life attention at home. I suggest they work on their problems in the real world.
Future and current parents: Do us all a favor and monitor your child's activity on the internet. It's not the best place for them to wander around alone.
Just a helpful hint from old uncle 000.

True, I mean the stuff angel was saying that she gets action with some guys behind her parant's back... well they should know about that, like really. I have a hard time believing she was serious though, but you never know.

Perhaps he is frustrated and wanting attention, but that doesn't mean he is yanking my chain. This thread is a place where he can voice his frustatrations instead of starting five or six threads in the Anything Goes section like Angel did. There is no real reason for you to be joking around in this thread unless you yourself are frustrated and wanting attention.

Great, you deal with him. I was not joking about committing suicide. Re-read the thread.
I was trying to make a point that there seems to be unattended children running a muck around here.

Goalguarder, there is no reason to call people names. Doing so only proves his point. The truth is, you are not an adult, so there is nothing disparaging about being refered to as a child. He did not insult you by calling you a child and it is just his opinion that you are running amuck. Being told you are running amuck is not an insult, it just means that you are unsupervised. Try not to take things so personal. You will seem more adult-like when you can let things slide, and the older girls will notice that, and may even pay more attention to you.

O, you are an adult, aren't you? Is calling a child a retard actually funny to you? That's kinda scary to me.

Calling him a retard is far less harsh than what he called me. Do or did your children talk like this at 14?
Since you seem to be playing the father role.....you control him.

eh, I was rather indifferent to the effect of that particular pic. My post was more a response to the pervasive lack of quality and questionable humor of such pics in general and those who post them over zealously. The fact that I post in response to that particular one is largely coincidental.

True, calling him a retard is less harsh, but is it necessary? Is it intended to build up or to tear down? And I don't let my own kids call anyone retard. As far as goalguarder needing to be controlled, I am much more concerned about the supposed adults who would laughingly tell a child to cut their jugular or mix bleach and ammonia or read a book about poisins. And since you didn't do that stuff, O, then I don't have that much of a beef with you.

Actualy bleach is not really efficient, it's basically diluted chloride. Diluted = weaked = not good. You want the real stuff. Pure man.

I guess there's some issue on what kind of support is to be provided. You seek emotional support, but they give you technical support
