Well, Canonical doesn’t just fork Debian sid and slap an ugly theme on it, but they are very similar. I’m very much at home. (Well, that’s not entirely true, since I decided to go with lighttpd instead of Apache, but Debian didn’t force that on me.)

I am now running Debian. I just have to figure out why I can only suspend as root. (But I can suspend, which is great!)

Answer: Regular users aren’t automatically added to the powerdev group.

Woot! tomorrow is Friday! And I get to move into my new house soon! It's almost ready!

The floors are getting redone and should be done by the weekend. Resanded and revarnished.

Darn the video game industry and it's obsession with the holiday season. I'm beginning to hope for delays. I should quit buying games until I finish the crap I already have, but I never do...

That aside, frakking activision. The way things are looking Diablo 3 won't be out until 2011.

Yay! I like partys. I'm getting bored sitting at home all day. I have a two week break between my summer quarter and my fall quarter but everyone else is in school. I have nothing to do! But I finally get to start one of my massage therapy classes after my break. Even tho the textbook is gigantic and scary looking lol

Bored, huh? That's easily fixed. Would you like a list of stuff to do around the house?

Life changes ya know.. I'm probably a completley different person from who I was 3 years ago.
Started my own business as a Captain Jack impersonator, new job that has done quite well for me over the last 2 and 1/2 years.
Band is still going somewhat.. need a new bassist and drummer.

Does fragged post here anymore?
I saw him not to long ago in person but, wasn't sure if he still posted.

It is nice to see familiar names here.. looks like a core group remained after the last exodus.

Have you ever tried doing the Willie Wonka character or Edward Scissorhands?

Interesting. This is a wake up call that coroner and morque freezer rental fees need to drop. More and more people will just DIY to save money.

I don't know though, imagine later on storing food in that freezer and every time you open the freezer you think of grandma.

Imagine storing food while the body’s still inside. Imagine coming home from vacation in the middle of a heat wave and realizing that the power’s been out since you left.

That could suck.

"Hey can you go get icecream in the freezer?"

"sure"

*goes downstairs*

"Hmm, we got Reeses, Oh Henry, oh hey grandma, frozen yogurt... wait, grandma?"
