Note to self. Don't mix white rum, whiskey, and schnapps with red bull. But without it I wouldn't of learned how to dance.. on a table.

Proof that alcohol gives you better balance coordination, and social skills, and also improves learning ability.

LOL just had the most hilarious phone call.

It said private number, I normally don't answer those as it could be a telemarketter, but given its end of the day, figured it could be my parents or something so I picked up and said hello, only to hear "I'm sorry, that was an invalid response! To lower your interest rates, press 1 now!"

Ok, so aparantly, hello, is not valid. Sad when the world's marketting is run by phone bots. LOL

Lol, I would of hoped that it was recording and I would of tried to make conversation with the bot.
But telemarketing is getting out of control. You need to hurry up and take over the world Red so you can fix that problem. But only fix it for the AF forum cool people. B)

unsolicitated marketting in general is getting bad, that includes telemarketting, flyers (think of all the paper being wasted -we just throw those out), spam, etc....

Unfortunatly law makers are more concerned about people pirating MP3s to care about spam and such.

Since the US military budget was $493 last year. . .I guessing it's going to be above the 500 mark.

not like the budget matters, they're $932,342,525,424,524 over anyway. :P

And here we are in Canada with a surplus of cash but we're still paying taxes like crazy. The best promise so far, which they did:

We'll lower the GST

... but increase the income tax!

So now GST is 5% instead of 6%. LOLOL

Uncyclopedia isn’t very entertaining for the most part, but there are the occasional bons mots:

Same here.

I do want to load it up in a VM though, just so I can better support it at work by playing around with it, but as a prod OS, no no no. If I bought a PC that had it I'd promptly put XP on it.

The computers in my comp-sci lab run Vista. We use them to SSH into a Linux server. :)

If my computer came with Vista, I would stay with it, but I wouldn’t upgrade an older system.

Alright, I had XP on my computer, and I got vista, so I installed it. Well at first it look great, and was nice. After a while, the security messages got annoying, my computer started to run slower. I just began to hate it, also some software would not work, at all (it said it would support Vista). So anyways I am back to XP.

What sucks is Direct X 10 is only in Vista I heard. Which is crappy because it would be nice to have Dirext X 10 for StarCraft 2.

Yeah that part blows. I really want to play halo 2 but can't. I could dual boot I suppose though, but I doubt I could run vista AND halo at same time with only 2 gigs of ram. Maybe with 8 gigs of ram, and like quad core... Vista is a ram monster.

Xbox nub. :D

Naw but vista does suck up a lot of ram. When I build computers and ask the customer what OS they want I just keep thinking in my head, "Oh please god don't let it be vista. Anything but vista." Then usually if they say vista I just start thinking.. '&Y^*(!&*#^!^ #^%!^# @&#*(!.. vista it is then! <_<'

My Vista won't open iTunes, along with some other Mac programs. Like Safari (the Windows version.). I just thought that was weird . . .hmm. . .

Do you like iTunes and Safari on Windows? I don't think I could stand the Aqua.

I'm not the one that uses Safari. Just wanted to make note it doesn't open. But I found out what was wrong. There's a "Programs and Features" feature on Vista with which you can uninstall, change, or repair. Had to repair iTunes because Vista broke it.
