quiver of elements

its not a big thing but i think that its missing the right crapich, it looks just like a body sash and not like a quiver

Actually, that's the way elven quivers look. If you wear a body sash and then equip the quiver, you'll notice the difference. The quiver of infinity is a bit different and had a special itemID and look. Also, if you walk with it, you'll notice the holder on the back of your character.
