What happened to Elegance?

I haven't found anything to complain about yet today, but when I was looking at all the aoas locked down at the casino I didn't see elegance. That was such a nice bow, I hope its still available.

I really liked that bow, it didn't have over max intensity mods or anything, but it seemed to do really well in both pvp and pvm.
