There was actually some tweaks left to do to it so it wont be in as quick as expected.

The quest works fine, it's the prizes that are a bitch. There are minor recipes that will sometimes drop in the loot bags and those will need to be created to make the loot bags worthwhile. We could probably release the quest but the loot bags would suck so we'll release it when we get the loot bags to give a decent haul.
