You pretty much need the script on a server to do it, since there's so many variables and stuff and it's nearly impossible to just do it in one shot then hope it works, you need to be able to test it as you go.
just changing all the shades for example takes about an hour, from digging through the css figuring out what class is for what part etc... But as for buttons sure we can have a contest. The reply buttons etc...
