Halloween Decorating Contest

Well, it's closing on halfway through October and I'd like to host a Halloween decoration contest. The due date will be at 7 PM, Tuesday, October 30th.

The Rules

There really won't be all that many rules.

-Any items that can be obtained are fine to use.
-The design must in some way relect the spirit of Halloween.
-Only one entry per person. (Not per character or account, per real life player)
-No blatant copying of anyone elses design.


Judging

I will be judging the entries. I may think about having one more judge, but if I ask you to help me judge and you accept, you won't be eligible in the contest.

The judging will be based on a number of things.

-Creativity: This involves how creative you get with your designs. For example: a person could place 5-6 gravestones around and call it their graveyard, but they won't get as many creativity points as someone who places some gravestones and then utilizes other simple items to round out the design and make it look more deep.

-Design: How well a design resembles what they are trying to make.

-Relevance: How well the design actually represents Halloween. Remember, Halloween isn't just about death, blood, and decay.

-House Design: This category will be weighed the least because I know there are people who will not want to fool with their current house design. But this basically means how well a person combines their decorations with their house plot.

Also, don't hesitate to try and put characters in your decoration if you think it could help. (i.e. vendors or npcs)

Rewards

These rewards aren't uber or anything. I have plenty of items, but I decided I'd rather stick to something more Halloween oriented than just weapons and armor. So....

1st Place: 100k gold, a skeleton statuette dyed orange, and a hanging skeleton artifact.

2nd Place:50k gold, and a troll statuette dyed orange

3rd Place:25k gold, and an ogre statuette dyed orange

*The orange dye will be as close as I can get to orange with the reward statuette dye tub.

All participants will also recieve their choice of any shipwreck painting they want. (Excluding the large painting).


If you want to enter, then post screenshots here with the name and location of your house as well as you character name. I can't wait to see what you guys can come up with.
