all right all those that like food raise their hand

:yo:

well i've got a heart condition it just hit me last year.

doc's told me to cut back on salt to 2 grams a day,
cut back on carbs to 60 grams a meal
and cut back on sugars as far as i can.

what is "C,H,F" well i tell you that on the recipe page so
i'm not going to type that long post here.

but i went to the web as normal did a search for meals i could
eat that fit this diet the doc's gave.

i didn't find one site with any meals for it on them.? not one?
and thats amazing since this "CHF" thing is rampent lots of people
are getting it..

its caused from heavy smoking or being in tons of second hand smoke.
the heavy use of drinking alcaholic beverages, and the use of illegal drugs.
the doctors said it as "street drugs"

well i've never smoked and never took drugs, and never drank alcholic drinks.
but i was in some heavy smoke filled truckstops. so it had to be caused in me
by that heavy smoke.

anyway i've made some recipe's and put the totals for the c,s,s. on them
some are just plain things like hotdogs, those are done for people that have
kids and want to watch what they have to eat also.

there is different things on the site from beef brisket, to western chicken.
all of it is my recipe's and is able to be ate by anyone, not just ones on the diet.

so that is good.
here is the url.

sorry about the popup ad's it is a free hosting site.

i don't get anything for anyone going there at all, you however can get some
good recipe's if you want to try them.

enjoy. :date:

Roast wrapped in bacon, with a side of potatoes pan fried in some sort of oil that could lube my trucks.

With a bowl of Ramen noodle soup. Gravey made of bacon grease, roast grease, and beer.

the ramen noodles alone have over 2 grams of salt in them.

the bacon? it is heavy salted too, the gravy. if store bought is about 1 gram of salt.
the potatoes are heavy in salt too.

if i was to eat that you said. i wouldn't be allowed to eat anything else for 2 days. and then it would be just a little slice of tomato on that 3rd day, the 4th day i could eat again.

you want to give yourself a heart attack in 3 or 4 years eat that stuff every day.

not saying it might not taste good, just saying its overboard with the salt and carbs and will end up destorying you faster then you think.

so is the taste worth the yr's taken off your life?

hey i use to eat stuff like that too so it is not that i'm saying you shouldn't if you want too, but if that oil can lube your truck axel what do you think its doing to the insides of you? it ain't lubing you, its sticking to you and pluging up the oil channels. of which you can't go long with plugged channels.
:o

That was my breakfast. But Ramen noodles were bought in bulk with no additives, just noodles.

Gravy was home made.
