here is a desktop i made for majorgeeks.com i sent it to them but they
did not reply i guess desktops are last decade's news.

but here it is anyway i like it because it is of real stuff and people he really is a real sarg.. major

but i changed his looks a little bit. yes the cigar is real i cop'ed it from a photo out of a western movie. it was rather hard to get the smoke with it and nothing else?

Why would a 5 Star General also have Master Sergeant stripes??

Why didn't you make him a Major?

well the guys name is not major and he was listed under images of majors.

and had the sarg. stripes so i presomed he is a sarg major.

did you not read about the cigar? that is smoke that lighted that area in the back
ground and that half of his face.

the 5 stars is the geek part a geek would put as much power on as they could find.
and 5 stars beats out 2 stars

i did add a few medels also.

okay is this one better there for you richardj

i touched up the smoke and cigar now they are not completely real images.

and i took the stripes off the sgt major's arms.

added one star to the eplit and put only two stars on the helmet.
i found an old image of the sites cartoon major they put two stars
on his helmet so i did here too.

but is this better?

But yes--much better, I like the cigar better too.

Although, I think the end of the cigar should be a dull orange--not torch gas yellow.

It kind of looks like an exploding cigar!

how do you think i got the more smoke?

i told the major i had to stirp some rank off his helmet.

he started puffing on that cigar rather fast and furriest.

i told him i'd also have to take them stripe's why
i barely had time to put one star on the eplit and stay
alive. and you wanted 2 stars on it?

the yellow in the cigar was part of the orginal photo
of the cigar i just added some more color to the photo
and touched it up some to make it a little wider cigar.

the one eplit star is simple. just because the computer can
see items on the z level behind other items does not mean you can.

unless i put them on the eplit from his head to his arm but i never
had that much rank so i don't know i thought two stars on the
end of the eplit was how they were put.?
