New guest/new members policies

Due to excessive abuse by stupid idiotic brainless dumbass spammers, I was forced to set more restrictive settings.

1) New registrations now require email validation, that system is very flaky and only sends email when it wants, but that's better then having dumbass spammers all over spitting crap that makes no sense in topics, or starting new topics that make absolutely no sense.

2) The article feedback is restricted to members only, no more guest access.


If I see these new settings are still not enough, I will take more action as needed.

The influx in spammers lately is incredibly horrible, and something must be done. If I had the time, they would receive the largest DDoS syn attack you could ever imagine, but I simply dont have the time and resources for that, so I stick with a very basic layer 7 DoS which usually works to a certain extent.
