As far as I know---yes.

The list though provides you with the common Windows ones.
Some of these you'd probably need for troubleshooting.

Print them out--I have had it happen to me a couple of times that XP booted to the desktop & all I got was the wallpaper-no taskbar no icons --nothing.

You can get a run box by pushing Windows Key + R

Or taskmanager=alt + ctrl + delete then file -new task.

Or like I went into a business to install some antivirus program on their pc & I needed to uninstall an old one.

I went into the start menu & no control panel link was there for the add & remove.

I started to sweat (the customer was over my shoulder watching me )but then I went to programs & luckily the uninstall program was there under the program list.

As soon as I got home I googled for 'run command add & remove programs'
