Now any firms (banks or malls, in this case) that don't have land cannot be accessed. I realized what people would be able to do is start a bank but not put it on a tile so the only way to get to it is to know the ID so it would be almost impossible for it to get robbed.

So now all banks and malls must have land... and well, makes more sense that way.
