This is hilarious. I guess I'm waaaayy too slow at coding SquirrelBBS, so someone else decided to take it out of Beta before I did. They're running 1.1.0 even though 0.2 is the latest version.

Most likely just a name ripoff though. I did say to not use it in a production environment, so given there's a sql injection vulnubility which has not been fixed in the latest release, I highly doubt they're using mine.

umm you should sign up and check it out lol it is freakin china stuff man ... thay might not of read all the info on it or got a basic translation of the info on it so still dont know that its in beta lol

Could be though, but I just find it funny they they would even change the version number and all.

But if they did all that, they most likely knew what they were doing since it's way different.

im sure there had to be alot of code changes to make it compatible with there china stuff no? if it is yours anyway ^^

you leave anything in the code that gives away its yours ?? like the source for the main page here has some funny stuff in it ^^

Hmm I'd have to do that in the next version, add stuff like  in the html

But yeah it's "forced" open source since php scripts are that, the source, you can compile but it removes the ability to mod. And that's basically what they did if it's mine, they just modded it (lots lol) so there's nothing wrong with that.
