~50MB overhead on items table :o

I was optimizing all the databases for the site and came accross the table for the items in the cybervillage. There was like 50MB overhead. :bsod: ~5K is usually the norm for overhead, never have I seen it climb into the MBs.

So things should be quicker now. :D I also made it so when you submit news, the amount you get is randomized. More fun that way.
