fixed a few bugs here and there

I just fixed the bank bug, so it does not let you buy security even if you don't have enough cash.

I also fixed the stocks so the price per stock can't go higher then 2100000000. Only problem is if the price is set to that and that a group of stocks has more then one then it's screwed anyway. But I'll see what I can do for that. Maybe the best solution is to make it possible to choose how many you cash, but I find the way it is now makes it more challenging as you can either buy small ammounts of stocks at once, or buy a bunch then be stuck with them, type of thing. But I definatly want to figure something around that limit. At least make it higher or something.

And right now my stocks are messed up. I might just delete them since it was an error while debugging.

More stock-related fixes.

I just made it so stocks can't be worth more then 10,000,000 ICs, so even if the formula causes it to go higher, it won't go. Since I noticed how it can get crazy. For example, once I'm out of the hole, my stocks would be worth some number with like 30 digits.


Also, for stock holders, I added a split option, so if you bought 100 stocks you can split it into 2 sets of 50, then split those into 25/25 etc... I just need to test that some more to ensure it's working. It was kind of tricky to make it work with odd numbers. but form the tests I did do, it works fine now.
