lol. Ya.....we ARE a big threat. If all of us get together, we can annoy the US to death with our excessive use of the word "EH". Either that or we can cause a massive outbreak of cardiology problems by introducing "poutine" as the national food of Mississippi. (Québec style with the extra cheese curds ;))

Don't be knockin' our grits. Really, grits are more of a southeastern food. Move to the southwest and it's called polenta.
Down south grits are eaten at breakfast with salt, pepper, and butter. Go north and it is eaten like a hot cereal with sugar and milk. Go west and sometimes it is baked after cooking and cut into squares like cake. Us Southerners like to believe we eat grits the right way. :)
