Merry Christmas!

Post by Red Squirrel »

Well it's 12:00 and officially December 25th! Merry Christmas everyone!

Also It's Iceteks 2nd anniversary since we officially opened Christmas 2002. It used to be called PC411 and I had officially switched everything that night. Then April 1st of that year (I think...) is when we got a domain and a real host.

I could use some coal too. Though it did warm up quite a bit it's only -24 now. Just check the weather network for fun and it says -39... but it has a picture of a moon, so methinks it's a problem at their end, and it does not feel that cold. So I'm sticking to -24. :P

Actually the difference is visable in the air. When it hits -40's and lower the air is crystalized and it's like fog but really it's frost and it just sits there. It's really cool. Driving home on christmas eve was awesome especially when we passed by the saw mill. There's these statium lights that were open and it was an awesome sight.... from inside the heated car.

Ah man I just realized the site decorations have grown on me, I don't know if I'll have the heart to take them down. :D Well I don't know if it's like that everywhere but here the tradition is to keep 'em up till new years so that's what I'm doing for sure, I might even leave them on for another week after or something.

Just tested out my new electric shaver, it goes pretty well but it will take some getting used to, but man once I'm used to it, it will be way faster then having to put on shaving cream and all that trouble.

I always hate taking down the decorations, makes everything look so dull and dreary after Christmas. :(

I'm waiting till new years eve/new years day, then I will gradually take them down. I was going through some pics and happened to find one of our fireplace and man does it look dull without the decorations! The site will too so I'll do it one layer at a time. (hopefully I did save the original with layers).
