Get rid of top sites

I'm thinking of getting rid of the top sites. It just looks ugly since nobody knows how to use a VALID image and if they do, 5 days later it's gone. And no one is actually using the system that much anyway, they just plug their site in and leave. I was going to reprogram it but I got thinking, I may even ditch it and maybe reprogram it later.

After looking at the logs there's not much activity other then direct requests here and there.

So I think I'll just take it off but I just want everyone's opinion first but I don't think it will be a problem.  When I redesign the site I simply won't put it.
