This is a general housing implementation suggestion. Everyone hates trying to place a house, only to find out that there's not enough room or something is blocking it. What I suggest is some kind of house placement indicator that simplifies house placing. Something like having the house plot highlight red if the area is invalid and de-hilighting if it's in a valid spot. This would be a rather tricky process as it would require validity checks but the benefits would be worth it.

Hmm think this would be rather hard, but I will look into it. I'm not sure how to handle the graphics part of it, but if I can make it do the check in real time then I can simply make it show an overhead message or something. I can also see if I can find out how to do graphics so I can make it show a red/green grid or what not.
