mikerowsoft sql errorr

Works for me.. I don't think MS had anything to do with the error, Red.

Good job to him, though. He got a fair deal from it all when you look at it, from my perspective anyway.

Yep, I think he did well. I doubt ms had to do with it too, but it kind of makes you wonder. Imagine the trouble they would get into though. They would be self destructing themselves by doing that.

As far as I know, it's already been switched. Mikerowesoft.com redirects to mikeroweforums.com, so I'm guessing it's just a matter of time before mikerowesoft.com gets redirected to Microsoft.com

Yeah I think it's pretty much over. I wonder if they will actually redirect mikerowesoft.com somewhere though. Can't wait to see what they will do with it.

Obviously, I think the MikeRoweSoftMicrosoft Traemark infringement case is a load of BS, and another one of M$'s strongarm tactics. But Mike's compensation seems pretty fair, considering he never really intended to make a lot of money with the name. I guess this is more an example of MS lawyers being a little too over-eager, and moving to take legal action before actually finding out what was going on, and then trying to backpeddle to avoid public outcry whilst putting up a strong front.

Yep, I think it was BS too. I mean, it's his name. What will they do, patend the name mike and rowe?? LOL. It think anything with "soft" at the end probably makes them mad, and the fact that it sounded like microsoft made things worse. I don't think they would of won the case, and if they would of, it would not have been fair. But I think mike did the good desicion. No use wasting legal money for something silly like that.
