Added feature in shout box

I just added the ability to click on a user to get to the profile, in the shoutbox. Nothing too exciting, but it's there.

The user ID has to be stored in the database so I had to add another "row" so the old database was pretty much rendered obsolete because of the missing entry. So we are starting the shout box from scratch, hope no one minds.

I rarely think to look at the shout box.

I'm thinking of making it a popup everything you click a page. I think it would be more convinient.

J/K never will you see a popup on this site, only the PM box.
