minor member group changes

I did a few changes with member groups (added mod group) and because I did not previously save the pdd file for the member images I had to redo them all. :P (I don't want one different then the others if you know what I mean :) )

I also changed the mods around, instead of setting mods by group I set them by name.
Nothing that exciting, but it will explain the little details some may or may not notice. :)
