Ascii Converter

Post by megaspaz »

Converts Ascii to binary/hex or binary/hex back to ascii.

Windows downloads - the install and the visual basic source code in a self-extracting zip file format:
http://www.jandjgraphics.com/Misc/AsciiConverter45.exe
http://www.jandjgraphics.com/Misc/AsciiCon...er45_Source.exe

Linux downloads (separate programs in Java). includes the java source code and docs:
http://www.jandjgraphics.com/Misc/AsciiCon...er45Java.tar.gz

admittedly, the java programs aren't really that pretty. i'm new to java and the inside code will make you say, hmmm.... a java newbie - that feels like a c++ programmer. but it works and the performance is pretty good. constructive comments always welcome. :)

Pretty good!

Good job!

I could do that with C++ but not the whole GUI part, it would be a file that it would process. :P

Now I can put more sublimal messages in my sig images.
