AoV Public Vendor House

The Public AoV Vendor house is up and running for all your vendor needs.

Vendors charge a flat rate of 35gp per day, and take a 5% commission on sold items. So you do NOT need to stock your vendors with thousands upon thousands of gold in order to keep them running. Just enough for the 35gp per day charge.

You MUST keep your vendors stocked at the Public house. Any vendors with an empty stock for 2 weeks, will be deleted. The items on the tables in front of the vendors will be their most commonly sold item.

All slots are open. I will update this sticky every so often when spots start to get filled, or if any spots open up once it is full. 27 Spots in total. Here's the screenshot. it is DIRECTLY attached to the gate library to the east. Edgar the Royal Guard, is also a banker.

Just added AUTOGRAPHED spellbooks! Better get them fast, everyone is gonna want a spellbook thats autographed by the most colorful character on the shard.

Just thought I'd update on this.

So Far, there are seven vendors at the house. I have probably made a good 10-15 million in the time my vendor has been up. I'm not sure about the rest, but it seems to get decent traffic as long as people know about it.

who do I contact in regards to getting another vendor at the mall? I would like to sell lrc suits and such for newer players.

Vendor mall was managed by Eby who no longer plays here. We need to maybe create a new vendor mall managed by current players. My runebook library that I started, but never finished, might be a good place since it is closest to the gate library. Otherwise, if the staff wants to get involved and place new vendors at the current vendor mall.

why dont we just demolish it and let people place their vendors to their houses, it looks so dead around luna withouth vendors

I want to eventually set it up where if you put a vendor contract deed on your public house, anyone can claim the spot. So that way the owner does not have to be there. So setup a bunch of spots, and anyone can claim and get a vendor, and start paying you.
