Getting back into the listings

The owner of my shard is trying to get it listed here again but for some reason he isn't receiving the confirmation email from the forum (an Earthlink address) so he can't post here himself.  That issue would also preclude him from re-listing the shard assuming it has a similar confirmation system.

Can you tell me if there is any listing for Whispering Pines now, or do we just need to submit a new entry?  If it will be a brand new entry I should be able to do it using my email address for verification and I'll pass along the login info to the owner for future changes.

For some reason some RBL sites insist that this server is sending out spam, so sometimes random people can't seem to get emails from it. 

I manually set the shard as active so it should show up if the server address is valid.  If not, is there a new server address I should put?  I can always change it for you.  I can also change the email to another provider if you want, like gmail or something.

Edit: I just checked the server info off your website and updated it, it's showing up as online now, so it should now show up in the list.

Success!  The password reset email made it through the filters and we can now edit the listing when the need arises.

Hello, It has been forever for me to be on here. Anyway I am trying to put an old updated shard on here but things have changed . OK how do you find the port you are using everything says 2593 but all it dose is hang there I am lost can anyone help me?

The default RunUO port is 2593.  If the client is run on the same machine as server you should be able to connect to localhost (127.0.0.1) as well as the local IP address (usually a 192.x.x.x or 10.x.x.x)

You will need to use a program such as Razor to remove the client encryption, and there are other variations depending on which version of RunUO you are using.
