Sleeping dragon spawn?

Has this spawn been disabled?
Not a lizzie or a hatchling to be seen..

Need to activate the champ spawn's idol.

Head to the sleeping dragon spawn and use the valor virtue on the idol in the middle of the champ altar. This will start the spawn.
