Random kinda means unexpected, did you expect to get the second one?

Though TBH, the loot calculation system is kinda odd, something to be tweaked down the line. I'm guessing you have high luck?

Haha, good one. Yes I have high luck. But yeah, out of all the properties that can be on a necklace, getting one with the same 5 properties and almost all the same intensities as well must be smaller than winning the lottery. Maybe I should go buy a ticket
