Since the update, which client should be downloaded? I patched up all fine and dandy on one computer. Havent played from this one at all. Just wondering if a newer client would be faster when it comes to patching. Thanks for any info!

7.0.18.0, as noted in the patch note, and the home page, and the FAQ.

I got that. I was just wondering, if starting fresh on a computer that has no UO client whatsoever, if it would be ok/faster to downlaod a client newer than Mondains Legacy to start with and patch up from there.

Quickest to download classic client here and patch up to 7.0.18.0

Ahh, Thanks so much. I'm not at all up to date with what's going on on OSI. Havent played there since 2002. And here, only a few months. Excuse my noobness. :o: Haha.

The enhanced UOSA client is not yet supported in full so we recommend the classic UO client. <<< Totally missed this.

Yeah, it sorta works, but there is some stuff that wont. We may look at supporting it in the future, but EA is always screwing with packets so we have a good enough time just keeping the classic client going. :P

And just a heads up I'll be moving this thread over, as this forum is actually suppose to be deleted and the posts moved, I just did not get around to it yet.
