Current list
I know that there is plenty of stuff in the works and much of this might be getting fixed. I thought I would make a list of things I have noticed that either not right or could just use some work.
Dont wanna hear the complainers just hoping all this is being though about.
1. Leech from vampiric form doesnt not always add onto characters health. For example I am hitting Dark Father and mini boss's for 100+ damage on special attacks and 130 - 200 damage crits and I notice that my health doesnt always move even when taking no damage. Lag could be screwing with this.
2. Bandageing formula is wonky. I am getting 2-3 spells doing 15 damage each and I am getting "your fingers slip". Also failing to bandage lethal poison 4-6 times in a row with 115 heal 120 anat 150DEX 166 stam.
Also in vampiric form and resisting low level poison the system messages are telling me I am curing the poison instead of healing damage because I am already resisting it.
With out changes to this healing skill is dead for use on high level creatures.
3. Bushido honor is only giving me a bonus of about 10 damage even at perfection. (My current weapon is the hell blade if that has anything to do with it.) I really hope the damage cap isnt that stupidly harsh.
4. Slayer talli is only giving me a bonus 10 damage on mini-boss's. (My current weapon is the hell blade if that has anything to do with it.)
5. Dark Farther is casting at me in location where I am out of his line of sit. Spamming BS spell combo's when I am out of range. And the list goes on and on and on and on and on. Melee'ing and casting at same time. casting high level spells while walking. Best one was casting a revnant on me while in the store room getting bandies.
6. I am not sure if sumons likes revs are supposed to do bonus damage when cast on you when your using EoO.
7. Was wondering if we could have the arty out put display thing include luck bonus sand perfection bonus. I have noticed no change in my arty chance since equipping 1666 luck and scoreing 1000 luck from perfection on top (dunno if perfection is even affecting arty chance. . Nor I have I dropped an arty in my last 100 kills using that suit in gaunt.
8. 120 resisting spells seems to doing nothing when it comes to resisting corpse skin or any other spell of the sort against high level creatures. Shit it even does nothing against ratman mages 50% of the time. I tried it for a period and my conclusion is that it like healing is another dead skill when it comes to anything even moderatly high level.
9. Melee damage being too harshly capped and nerfed SSI is way overboard. Taking into consideration creature damage out put.

1-7 I am not sure of. but 120 resist is fine and melee dmg is fine imo.

When solo'ing dark father also demitel. 120 resist does zip against corpse skin, curse and mana drain mana vampire what ever. For its moderate affect its a huge waste of skill PVM dunno about PVP.
Melee damage is fine? Compared to other classes taking in to consideration damage taken.
More damage out put to make leech more sucessfull on "high level" creatures.

Even though vampiric form only gives you 20% life leech, it is odd that you wouldn't notice any health return at high damage. I'm not going to rule it on your suggestion of lag but that could be a possibility. I'll test it out later.

I believe that there is a delay between resisting poison and curing it. If you are poisoned in vampiric embrace, it waits until the first poison tick to determine if you resisted it. That being said, if you apply a bandage, it should be curing the poison because you have not yet resisted it. This is in place due to the fact that lethal poison will still go through vamp form, thus you would want to cure it before your first tick tells you that the poison is too strong to resist with your current form.
As for the bandage timers themselves, the formulas have not been touched and are set to whatever runuo initially had them as. A lot of skills are like this, where they are caught in a different age of the game. The formulas need to be updated, and will be updated once we go through each skill and assess it for modern comparisons.

Damage cap is 300% for melee in combination with slayers, anatomy+tactics, any damage modifying spells such as EO1, any DI on your items and honor's perfection. You are more than likely hitting the damage cap so perfection isn't going to take it any higher than the damage bonus you are getting.

Same answer as before. You are more than likely already at your damage cap. It's real easy to do that, especially if you have a double slayer.

Monsters and other npcs use the same line of sight rules for their spells as players so it's unlikely that they are casting outside of line of sight. Many spells are delayed, which means that when you've run away, the spell will hit you seconds later. This is frequently done with explosion and mind blast which makes it seem that the spell was casted from a long distance through impossible means. The reality, however, is that the spell was casted on you 2 seconds earlier before you ran off.
Meleeing and casting is possible on the shard, due to not being able to disrupt monster targets.
The revenant I cannot explain without having witnessed it. The only thing I can say is that the AI is smart and will find any tiny window where it can get a line of sight.

Good question. In theory it would make sense considering the revenant isn't your primary opponent and if you EO1'd the revenant, you would do double damage to it likewise. Because it's considered a summon, it may fall under different rules to the spell so I'll look into it.

Doom gauntlet luck is capped at 1500 for the artifact drop. Therefore anything higher doesn't affect your artifact chance. It's not a true reflection of how luck should be, considering how luck can be taken higher than it was during AOS.
So in short, you are probably not getting a change in your artifact chance.

A change was made awhile back with weapons which affected their damage and their SSI. Maces being the slowest whereas fencing was the quickest. This change did not work out very well so it'll be reverted and the damage and SSI caps will be removed.

Was it isolated to that one area in the gauntlet with the secret passage or did it happen elsewhere. From extensive PvP experience, you can achieve a Explo, FS and Lightening to go off at EXACTLY the same time. Explo is delayed by a few seconds, FS is delayed by around 0.5 seconds, lightening is delayed by around about 0.1 seconds.
I used to play on a server with a 23 ping, so was able to get this down to a tea, doing 120 instantaneous damage to another player is funny to see
Resisting spells reduces the effects of a spell, but does NOT remove it completely. So far as to say if a creature with 60 eval casts "Curse" on you with 120 resists, then it won't affect you. But if the same creature had 100 eval, it would affect you, but perhaps only a 1% reduction in stats. If they had 120 eval the reduction would be 50% of base, unless I'm mistaken. Thus, demitels, that have very high effective eval, will not be as greatly affected by resisting spells.

incrim -- add an extra flame strike a mind blast and 2 lightening strikes and some poison and pain strikes into the same time frame.
It was mainly occuring around the enterance part where u want in to go to the mini boss rooms. I was stepping around corners to break spell combo's lol. Apparently it didnt work.

I agree that the DF is a little OP at the moment, it isn't possible with any amount of gear to tank him. However you are exagerating somewhat :S

He's easy to tank especially considering I actually put a tank area in gaunt for him. Bring him there. (near beach) he'll stop spawning so much stuff. Need leech weapon or good healer.

I can tank him using 54% protection talli. Hell blade max resist armor HCI DCI.
With out a completely cranked up character he is spastically not possible.
At one stage he casted like 30 revs+ on me (10 lots of 3). lol Spawned holy bones like 15 times. Rev and holy bone spam doesnt constitute AI.
The current AI just goes off the chain man.
Normally I just use a HellBlade on him that leechs mana life stam. I also have vamp form and healing skill bush and chiv.

The AI thinks a lot like a player doing pvp. If you have mana to do damage, you will do it. They have lot of mana. Their follower slots are higher but maybe that is excessive, so we could look at whether it should be put back to 5 so it would only be able to cast one rev. Keep in mind bosses are normally suppose to be a team effort, so soloing them is not suppost to be easy. At some point when the shard grows it won't be so much an issue.

If you tank him where I keep telling ya, he doesn't spawn ANY holy bones. He's supposed to spam that spell, but a simple bone cutter script works wonders...... sorry did I say script? That is still legal on this shard right?? Red?? :S

Scripts are ok, but I go on a case per case bassis. If someone abuses this (such as that guild that used to make 20 accounts with scripted bots that did all the work for them) then we deal with it. Stuff like cutting bones are looting (if you are alone) is ok. Basically use common sense. If the script is not harming anyone then chances are it's ok.

incrim - sorry mate lol was using my killer tallisman the other day coz i cant find my good 89% protection one. Now I found a dodgy 58% one I can just stand in the middle of no where haha just takes longer.
