The server restart script has been changed with a more versatile version that will make it easier for us to push updates.

The script enables us to push a restart without needing to login and also will automaticly warn everyone that the server is about to go down. Should there be no players online, it will restart immediately.

As a result of this change, the daily server restart has been changed to once a week and it will happen on Tuesdays at 5:30. The warnings will start around 5:00.

Sounds nice. Sounds like a lot of work too, although I wouldn't know. Well done either way.

With the weekly restarts, will it take longer for the server to be accessible again once the restart occurs? Or will it be about as long as it takes with the daily ones?

Should be the same thing.

In fact I've been thinking of making it almost instant, I have an idea how already.
