Where is casino?

Where do I find the casion person to turn in arties? I go to the gate library and been back in behind where all the arties are on display. Is that the place? What do I do if it is?

Yes that's the right area. On the bottom floor there are two npc characters standing in front of "roulette" wheels. Double click the wheel and target the item you wish to gamble. Chances of getting a better item depend on the worth of the item you gamble. A treasure of tokuno will give you lower odds than a doom gauntlet artifact for example.

To be fair, that would be easy to miss for people that don't know about it as they look like part of the decoration. We're looking into ways of making shardwide knowledge more accessible in game and on the forums.
