Do you need/have to do anything special. I have only gm stealing. do you need 120 or whatnot?

GM stealing is fine to steal it, the hardest thing is to wait for it to spawn. I believe it only spawns once a month. Good Luck

GM stealing is sufficient but it may take many attempts to finally steal it.

Says "Khaldun Bone chest" when it spawns, and appears with an artifact rarity rating and various properties.

Then you have a quite high chance of stealing first or second shot. When i steal them its normally first shot with 100 stealing.
