Disappearing artifact

Lost an item I was trying to lock down on my floor.
Was equipped, and I dragged it to set it down, didn't get set down, isn't on my character, isn't in back pack.

Relogged to check if I just couldn't see it etc, just gone.

there is a hotkey you can set in razor that refreshes the screen. try that, it is probably in your pack but you just cannot see it. or log back in after a few minutes.

Use ctrl + shift when dropping stuff on the ground as often times you may accidentally drop it under stuff or on top of something. I lost a ring in my loom that way before.

It also helps to know what kind of item you were trying to lock down. If it's a ring or a piece of jewelry, carefully check your bag as it's very easy to lose one of those items in your bag (as well as items dyed shadow grey or black).

It's also very easy to accidentally drag the object on a nearby container or a container in your pack so check around the area.
