Login problem?

when i log into my character the game stops and i cant move and have to quit uo? It's kida like before when i didnt have the right patch but i do have the right patch now and its been fine for months.

About what time did that start at, and is everybody affected by this?

Restarting the shard now. It looks like it's what I thought it was. Time sync issue. There's a clock issue on the host VM server that I'm trying to fix.
