ok first off im looking for 120 eval two of em and a couple 115 mage also does eval work on hitspell on weapons like it does on most other servers and is there anyway off getting name change deeds ?

Eval int should not affect the hitspell on a weapon. I believe that SDI is intended to affect the hit spell property on weapons in lieu of eval skill. I have not personally tested if it has an effect on weapons as that's a default runuo thing if it actually DID work. I don't recall ever having worked on the formula for hitspell damage on weaponry.

The research team will be taking a look at damage modifiers for hit spells in the future now that you've brought that to our attention.

There is currently no way in game to change the name of your character. We had thought of creating name change deeds for donation, which is something we can add in the future. A staff member will be able to change your name, provided the cause is justified.

i dunno if a bad name is a justifed cause but mayby donation thing would be cool.

A just cause would be a reason to change it such as it has already been picked, you made a mistake while creating the character or the name was found offensive to somebody and you have brought it to our attention that it should be fixed (Before we discover it on our own terms and fix it, then you get the name WE choose for you).

Causes we will not change the name involve names that were obviously offensive (which in most cases, we change the name to something. If you don't like the new name, it's your own fault for picking something offensive).

Staff will also not change the name of "several" of your characters. This is not a personality override, 1 or 2 characters within reason. Staff will also not repeatedly change your name every day/week/month. We also will not change the name to something that's a reserved word or would otherwise be invalid (Such as "Jake the super duckling of absolute awesomeness").
