Where else do they spawn other then at the boss that you get thru bucs den

You can try the gate that leads to the death blade. It's located in ilshenar/valor. At one point the jedi knights used to spawn there but they might just be the evil ones now. If there's only the evil ones, try killing a few as they may be on a random spawner.

It's just the evil ones i use to hunt their all the time trying to spawn a paragon supreme one so that i could dryad allure it.
