Cant Get Spirit Speak Up

My spirit speack is at 97.3 and it won't go up any further (ihave 150 more skill intill it reaches 700 skill cap) how do i get it to gm.

Just keep spirit speaking, it does slow down to a crawl near the end. Make sure you don't have any skill jewels on that would cause you to reach GM skill. Also, double check to make sure that you haven't reached the cap and if you did, that you're leeching off another skill you don't need.
